IGMAAN, means "a place to have lunch" comes from igma which simply means lunch in "Karay-a" a dialect of ILOILO a province in the western central part of the Philippines.

Igmaan, a "paluto" restaurant managed by the new breed of ilonggo entrepeneurs give a new twist to the old "paluto" way while keeping all the rich taste and delectable flavor fresh seafood selected from the nearby "palengke" (market).

Guest can select from mouthwatering list of entrees, such as Chef's Crab Special (slightly spiced), Congrejo de liz (Crabs in olive oil) or the house bestseller Adobong Pusit. Or you may want to request for your own style of cooking.

Igmaan's Art Deco facade welcomes guest to warm service, elegant ambiance and fine cuisine that combines traditional Filipino, classic Ilonggo and fusion culinary creations.

The aircondition dining area provides a cozy and convenient venue for up to 70 guests. The orange and yellow motif, the subdued lighting and the lively wall accents make for an enjoyable dining experience.

The Elegant tent and garden al fresco dining areas can comfortably seat 100 guests. These areas are perfect for sampling seafood in an open air ambience.

The outdoor settings presents the most ideal venue for birthdays debuts, weddings and baptismal parties.
